Refund Policy
Photography & Videography
Clients are entitled to a full refund if we fail to show up to a confirmed booking or lose/delete content captured.

Graphic Design
Clients are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of payment if they no longer wish to proceed.
There are NO refunds for any by-pass service charges. Unless we fail to produce any initial designs.

There is NO refund if your project moves to round two of logo alterations.
​
If the client is not satisfied with the initial design(s) created we continue to work towards clients satisfaction, If during this process however, the client no longer wishes to proceed a refund is no longer an option.

In case of refund approval, the client would receive the agreed amount credited back within the next 2-5 Business Days.
​
We won't entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 30 Days but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also if the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days then the client has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. £50 for re-initiating the project.
